"Mellie is a great nanny, anyone would be lucky to have her! Mel has worked for us every Friday (and other days when needed) for 2 years now. She treats our 4 children (3/4 have ADHD) like her own. She always has a plan for the day, really does read a ton to them daily, and does pre-planned crafts and activities. We love her focus on the kids with eating healthy, reading, and being outside in particular. Mel happily adheres to our rule about no technology (iPads/TV) during the week. She even has gone to our kids sporting events to support them! They love her and look forward to a “Ms. Mellie Friday”. Mel is kind, respectful, reliable, and cares deeply for her kids. I never worry when I leave them with her, and that, to me, is one of the most valuable thing a parent can ask for in a childcare provider."
