More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
When I first began with the Domestic Violence Shelter's Children's Center, there was a little girl who wasn't very trusting of nearly anyone on staff. With some patience and lots of fun activities, I soon became her favorite advocate and got to see her grow into this happy, go-lucky social butterfly all while helping her overcome some pretty serious trauma. It was moments like these throughout the past two years that made my job very fulfilling and enjoyable.

I personally haven't worked super closely with special needs children, however if the need arises I am always willing to learn and do my best to assist your family.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I have taken care of multiple children throughout my 2 years of experience in the Children's Center, as well as taking care of my nieces and nephews, however one moment in particular comes to mind. At the end of 2018, and the beginning of 2019, I had the opportunity two stay in my sisters home while she had 2 boys under the age of 2. During my time, I was able to get very close with her youngest child, and some of my favorite moments range from the countless amounts of snuggling, to watching her eldest giddily sing and dance to theme songs from Sesame Street.
