Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Majority of the experience that I have as a Nanny falls in between taking care of Newborn/Infant-Toddler aged children through children considered to be grade school age. As a nanny you need to be flexible, sharp and intuitive. I pride myself on my ability to possess all three of those traits. Most parents have a set curriculum that they'd like me to follow, which I am completely okay with. However, due to my (ECD) training I am capable of setting up a curriculum plan for children no matter the age in order to meet t target developmental stages milestones. I use the knowledge I acquired from my courses and training to help manage certain emotions the children have and engage in appropriate activities with the children I care for. What I can promise you is that by your child or children being under my care that I'd take the best care of them and be their confidant. My experience doesn't stop there either I've had potty training, sleep training and speech training experience as well.
