We always appreciated her proactiveness. Michelle found appropriate outings for the children such as library story time/music class. She suggested and prepared healthy foods/toys for our infant, while also respecting our wishes. Our older son's manners improved greatly thanks to her direction. Michelle frequently read books and engaged the children in non-screen time activities. The TV was never on when she watched the children. She also helped care for our dog. Michelle's work ethic is exceptional. She established a routine for the children and household - no list or direction required! If there was extra time, she found other ways to contribute to upkeep of the household and help with occasional errands. She was truly a godsend during a chaotic transition phase from 1 to 2 kids."
