My biggest success is having 4 kids, close in age never fight & love each other. One way I accomplished this is while they were young if they were getting cross with each other or in a little “tiff” I would set the microwave timer & make them “hug it out”, this always ended with them laughing so hard they often forgot what they were upset about.
