Keeping children safe and supervising them properly as to make sure they do not get into dangerous or unsafe supplies. Keeping them fed and making sure they feel understood and cared for.

I've worked in my high school with special needs students a few times. I try my best to meet their needs, match their dietary needs, and make them feel as comfortable and safe as possible.
