Dear Family,
My name is Mikayla Hiers. Don't be fooled by my age. I have the soul of someone much older. A little about me: I'm 23 years old. I have 2 LLCs (beauty & investment related). I'm a serious perfectionist, extremely responsible, driven, boldly honest, and slow to anger. (I have 3 older brothers so I have lots of patience haha).
I've been caring for children my entire life. I'm the baby in my family and the only girl. This means all of my little cousins were taken care of by me. After years of babysitting family, I decided to continue with new families. I'm not exactly sure how to put a number on it but if I had to I would say I have more than 10 years of experience with ages ranging from newborn to 18! I have 4 years of special needs experience as well. This taught me so much patience. I truly believe this job is one to be taken extremely seriously (but still full of laughter). It would be an honor to assist you in raising your little blessing. I can't wait to hear back.
