I think the most important part about being a nanny is to just care for the children. You are responsible for their lives when they’re under your watch, and anything could go wrong at any given moment. So it’s good to always be alert and know what’s going on. I also think engaging with the children is very important. Kids don’t wanna sit inside all day while you scroll on your phone. Plan activities, go to the park, or do something as simple as coloring.
