Hi! My name is Miles Taulbee. I am originally from Tampa Florida but I am a student at the University of Tennessee. I am super driven, outgoing, organized, and I love children of all ages! I worked as a lifeguard the past 2 summers so I am American Red Cross certified. I babysat occasionally starting in 8th grade and all throughout high school. I am looking to find nannying opportunities as well as occasional babysitting. As your care giver I will be stern and stick to your rules to keep your children safe while having fun and being a kind, loving, and trustworthy soul . "Miles watched our 7 month old daughter a twice a week for a couple of months and was amazing with our baby! Despite our daughter having a bad case of stranger anxiety, Miles was extremely patient and attentive. She was always positive and did all the right things to calm her down (playing, walking, singing, feeding, etc). Miles followed our baby’s schedule and house rules and was very communicative. We no longer need a regular sitter, but any family would be lucky to have Miles!"

I was a lifeguard, swimming and diving coach, gymnastic coach!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love teaching children how to swim. I think it is one of the most important skills they HAVE to have at a young age especially because a child can drown in a bath tub. I also love the park and taking them to get an occasional sweet treat!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Giving the children a safe and loving environment while also teaching them to be polite, respectful, and caring. I will follow the families rules and boundaries!!

My experience with special needs children...

I had a special needs neighbor who I babysat for. I also was the vice president of the Best Buddies Club in school and worked very closely with special needs students of all age ranges.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite Nanny moment was watching the little girl I babysat graduate Kindergarten and tell her class I always helped her with her homework and taught her how to talk nice to other kids in her class!
