Making a powerful difference in a child's day weather that's helping them through a tough homework assignment, helping them learn a new activity or even those early childhood base skills (cutting, using a fork, brushing teeth, etc) really fills my heart to grow alongside these kids and build that rapport
My experience with special needs children...
My dad is an Occupational Therapist who works with kids who have special needs so I grew up playing unified basketball and volunteering at this therapy based camp called Adam's camp. I've also worked as a behavioral health technician for a little over a year now specializing with kiddos who are diagnosed with autism

In general I think just creating a super fun and inspiring space and relationship with my kiddos and being another person for them to look up to.
