More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Starting in late October of 2020 through June 2021, I worked as a preschool teacher in the toddler classroom. (Ages 2-4). In this position, I could have up to ten students under my supervision and was responsible for following our curriculum book, navigating meal times, and supporting them through their social and emotional development.
Beginning in November of 2021-present, I have been the nanny to a growing family whom I’ve built a lasting connection with. As their children have grown, it’s time they go to school! As their nanny, I provided one-on-one care and attention. Some example of daily tasks
include:
- meal preparation in accordance to age
- transportation to extracurricular activities
- imaginary play
- age appropriate arts and crafts
- reading and writing
- encouraging outside play
- incorporating activities that promote both emotional and intellectual development
- light housekeeping
- diaper changing
- running errands
- potty training

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love going for walks and enjoying the sunshine! When indoors, I always find drawing and coloring to be a great way for the little ones to express themselves!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment(s) as a nanny have to be every morning when I very first come into work. The oldest child excitedly comes running to the door for a big hug. It’s the best way to start my day!

Live-In Full-Time Nanny Available in Spokane, WA: Sadie T.
Hi! I’m Sadie a nursing student at Washington State University in Spokane WA. I’m patient, dependable, and love creating a supportive environment for kids. While I’m new to paid babysitting and nannying, I’ve helped babysit cousins of all ages and spent a lot of time around children growing up with parents who are teachers. Additionally, I’ve also volunteered in humanitarian and medical outreach work with children. These experiences have made me comfortable interacting with kids of different ages and personalities while building patience, compassion, and strong communication skills.
I’m CPR/BLS certified. I’m happy to help with homework, meals, activities, bedtime routines, and everything in between. I always strive to be someone both kids and parents can feel comfortable with and trust. I’m currently available to work full-time from now through the end of August. I would love the chance to support your family this summer!

Babysitter Available in Spokane, WA: Emelia H.
Hi I go by Emma, and I love taking care of children of all ages. I am a senior in nursing school and am looking for a summer job, but would be able to work flexible hours in the fall. My goal is to work as a pediatric nurse and I have over 13 years of experience working with kids. I have experience working with kids in the foster care system and have extensive trauma-informed care training. I am able to take care of medically complex kiddos and can be contracted through DCI which helps with costs of kids with special needs. I am big on spending time outside during the summers and love being creative. I enjoy cooking, baking, singing and dancing. I can absolutely cook and clean if needed for your family, or take kids out of the house on little excursions. I work every other weekend at the children's hospital and like to go to church on my Sundays off. I would love to meet over coffee and discuss how I can best serve your family if you think I could be a good fit!
