I worked in a hospital as a nurse in my country. Where I had rotations in different areas of pediatrics. I also have a certification in CPR.in addition to being a substitute teacher in my country, the children I have taken care of in USA have also had homeschool.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
When we are at home I like to read books to them and ask questions while I am reading to them.I also do painting activities, I teach them the letters of the alphabet, I teach them to count, the colors,etc. Sometimes I like to play to the children music on the radio in english or Spanish, so that they can exercise and keep moving. I like to take them to the libraries, story times ,to have play dates, with children their age. To take them to the zoo, to the museums and to the playgrounds.

The most important thing about being a nanny for me is the safety of the children I take care of and that they have good nutrition.

It is nice when the children start to get used to me, and say they love me. I love to celebrate their birthdays for example, because I usually make a cake and decorations with their favorite colors and fairytales. And buy gifts to them.
