I was told the child is very difficult and doesn't listen and I felt like children respond differently to things they don't understand so its mistaken for not listening but I think children need to be handled delicately because most of their toddler life they are just trying to understand things so we need to explain in a manor that's not going have them scared but open want to open up to you about how they are feeling and believe its ok to cry sometimes they have feelings to.

Are new and fun activities that keep them active according to parents schedule,also educational because what parent wouldn't want their child to learn a few new things every day.

The most important part about being a nanny is to make sure the child is safe at all times along with making sure both the parents and child feel as secure as possible with the job im doing for them with them being apart every day.

I've baby sat one special needs boy named Brian and it was a pleasure and a new learning experience for me i observed the things he didn't like and embraced the things he did to keep him as comfortable and apart of things as much as possible.

My favorite nanny moments are when I noticed the children never wants me to leave or I see them when they get older and the love I receive is just amazing and heart warming.
