My name is Morgan Boyd, and I would truly love the opportunity to work with you and your children. I have extensive experience in childcare, ranging from newborns to preschool-aged children, and I am passionate about creating a nurturing and supportive environment where children can thrive.
Currently, I work at the YMCA Early Learning Center, where I’ve spent the past year caring for children ages 3 to 5. Prior to that, I worked at The Goddard School for a year, where I specialized in infant care for children as young as four months up to twelve months old. In addition to my center-based experience, I’ve also worked as a nanny for a family with children ranging in age from just one week old to five years old.
These roles have given me a strong foundation in early childhood development, along with the ability to adapt to each child’s unique needs and developmental stages.

Some of the activities I genuinely enjoy doing with children include reading stories, engaging in sensory play, creating fun and age-appropriate arts and crafts, singing songs, and exploring the outdoors. I love encouraging imaginative play and helping children discover the world around them through hands-on learning. Whether it’s building with blocks, doing puzzles, or leading simple science experiments, I aim to make each activity both educational and enjoyable—supporting their growth, creativity, and confidence every step of the way.
