The most important part about being a nanny...
One family, had gotten together all of the art their child had made for me while I was away and not scheduled to come in during my time working with them for 4 years. It was months worth of art work and letters. She turned it into a book and gave me a decorated box of all the original art work and letters that were included in the book as a going away/thank you gift during my time with them. It was the sweetest present I had ever received to this day!
