A little bit about me

I have been a nanny for 6 years for a family with 2 young children and 2 dogs. I have also raised two boys on my own. The parents traveled so I would sometimes go with them and take care of the children or spend the weekends at home with them as their primary caregiver. I was always available at a moment’s notice, and I am punctual and responsible.
I have a lot of energy and enthusiasm. I love the outdoors and spend my free time exploring state parks or as crew for a 40’ sailboat. I have a love for children and their learning so I would take them on “nature adventures” where we would go outside, and I’d teach them about environmental sciences and basic biology.I would bring arts and crafts projects so we could explore making art. I taught the children yoga. I made healthy meals and snacks for them. I supervised their homework and tutored them when needed. I helped them to learn to read. I potty-trained them and I prepared them for pre-school. I have advanced technology skills.
