I also do progress reports twice a year to help in the planning process. This allows me to plan for where the kids are developmentally, not just based on their age so that the activities aren’t too hard or too easy, leaving them frustrated or bored. They kids are basically getting the education they would in day care, but it’s one-on-one plans designed just for them and then we go out to interact with other kids and socialize at a variety of activities and playgrounds to enhance their learning.
