A little bit about me

Hi, my name is Tristan. I have a degree in early childhood education and have been working in childcare for 17 years. I do lesson plans weekly. I also do progress reports twice a year to help in the planning process. This allows me to plan for where the kids are developmentally, not just based on their age so that the activities aren’t too hard or too easy, leaving them frustrated or bored. I also have connections for local activities for socialization. They kids are basically getting the education they would in day care, but it’s one-on-one plans designed just for them and then we go out to interact with other kids and socialize at a variety of activities and playgrounds to enhance their learning. We also go on theme based field trips to enhance the learning experience as well. I am first aid and CPR certified.
