Hello! My name is Naomi!

I've been working in the babysitting gig since I've been 12 years old. I am currently 19, turning 20 in August.

My teaching methods use positive redirection and words to ensure a child is developing in a healthy manner.

I love doing arts and crafts with children and exploring their interests, always trying my best to ensure a child can learn skills through creative processes.

I work best with 1-2 year olds but am also experienced with older children as well.

I always make sure to follow schedules and routines including doing housework and cleaning if necessary. If there is no schedule, I do not mind making one for consistency.

I have many certificates in child development and will provide them when asked.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part is being understanding and caring to children. Children need patience and always have a reason to do something, even if the reason isn't exactly understandable to us. We must teach them real lessons that stick with them without hurting them or making them feel as if they are wrong for being curious or not understanding at first why any bad behaviour was wrong.
Every child must have the opportunity to grow and learn in a way that's genuinely going to help them in the future.
