The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was when I was doing a craft project with a group of kids, and we decided to make paper animals. There was one 4-year-old boy who was struggling with his scissors, so I sat down with him and showed him how to carefully cut out shapes. After a few tries, he finally managed to cut out a perfect little paper elephant, and his face lit up with pride! He ran around showing everyone, and it was such a sweet reminder of how small victories can mean so much to children. Moments like that are why I love working with kids!
