I think it is one of the most important jobs there is. Knowing that people trust you with their children, their homes, their pets and all their possessions is very special and satisfying. I have not only cared for all the children over all the years but have became attached and loved them dearly.

The most important part about being a nanny...
While driving 6 year old twins to the movies they were excited to get there and a bit irritated that the car in front of us was going so slow. One of the boys said the person driving the car in front of us must be an old person. I replied the person driving the car they’re in is an old person. He said, “I forgot that you’re old. You are always happy and pretty.” That was funny and meant a lot to me at the same time because kids are so honest. I knew that is how he really felt about me.
