More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a babysitter from ages 14 to 19. I have babysat many different families, but in particular I babysat a family with two boys and two dogs. I worked with these boys for a few years (ages 4 & 6 — up until 7 & 9). I have also worked a summer at a camp as a head camp counselor. I worked with a group of seven-year-old girls and there were about 60 of them. Throughout this experience, I also had to work with different age groups, depending on where they put me as well as different genders. I made lesson plans to activities to even watching them in the pool. I’ve had a decent amount of child experience, and I am also studying to be a child psychologist.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to paint, play board games, read books and watch movies but my favorite thing to do with children is exploring nature ( learning about flowers, different types of bugs, and just the world in general). During the summer months, I typically like going outside and doing some sort of sport activity to get the children moving a little bit and even during the winter (if they’re allowed) we can go play in the snow!
