Schedule (18–24 Hours/Week):
3 Weekday Evenings: 4-hour shifts. To respect your schedule, we will provide at least one week’s notice regarding which evenings are needed.
Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (finishing at mealtime).
Work Environment: Please note that one or both parents are often home during these hours working from a home office; we are looking for someone who can confidently manage our daughter’s schedule while we are occupied with work.
Key Responsibilities:
Educational Engagement: Lead age-appropriate activities including alphabet scavenger hunts, pretend play (dramatic grocery store), and music/movement.
Routine & Sleep: Help develop and maintain a consistent, calm evening pattern for sleep time.
Meal Prep: Prepare and serve healthy meals for our daughter and load the dishes into the dishwasher afterward.
Child’s Laundry: During nap times, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, folding, and putting away our daughter’s laundry.
Requirements:
Transportation: A reliable vehicle is required due to the evening end times.
Trial Period: We will begin with a paid 4-hour trial shift to ensure a great fit for both parties.
Vetting: A full background check will be required, and we will be checking professional references.
Mindset: A passion for early childhood development and the ability to keep a 2.5-year-old mentally stimulated without the use of screens.

I will be returning to work in March and I would love to find a Nanny Share option for our family. I’d love to get my son more socialized with other children because he’s the only toddler in our family - he loves seeing and playing with other kids at the park!
