The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part of being a nanny is being someone not only the parents can trust but the children as well, you are a caretaker for them and have to take the time and energy to develop a loving and trusting relationship with the kids. I also think that plays into the fact that as a nanny you are being invited into someones home and without a strong relationship around trust it will make leaving the children with me 100000x harder!

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was teaching one of my boys how to swim, he was very scared of the water and did not have much confidence but seeing his smile and excitement when he really started to get it was all I needed. Experiences that involve big smiles always hold a special place in my heart!
