Hi! My name is Nikki and I've been working with children for more than 10 years! I also have 3 little ones of my own. Prior to working in childcare and having my own children, I helped my sister out a lot with my nieces and nephew. I'm currently the lead teacher in a classroom of 1-2 year olds and I love it. However, nannying was always something I was more interested in. I spent most of my childcare career caring for infants and young toddlers.
