I've been a long time volunteer with special Olympics programs and taught both figure skating and worked as a swim instructor.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I'm big on keeping screen time to a minimum. Imaginative play, board games, and getting kids outdoors are activities i prefer. I taught one of the boys i nannied previously to play chess and that was a staple game every day I was with him.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Patience. I can't express enough how important being patient and willing to listen to the kids you nanny is. So many times tense situations can be deescalated easily by just remaining calm and being patient.

My experience with special needs children...

I've worked extensively with children in the special olympics programs. I'm very patient and will go above and beyond to accommodate and needs your child has.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Introducing the my brand new puppy to Jude, the boy i nannied, and watching the two of them fall in love was such a special moment. To this day those two are best friends.
