What matters to me about being a nanny is the care and relationship I build with the kids. Having a good relationship with the people you nanny for is elite and can help you grow. Keeping clean and doing as they ask all the time and nothing can go wrong!
My experience with special needs children...
I have some experience with special needs children and that is my first cousin who is 23 is blind and autistic. I have been side by side helping him for his whole life as I am one of the people he feels most comfortable with. I help with get around, do activities, take my time with him, etc.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment was when I brought my two little girls I nanny for to see my horses that I show and it made the the happiest of all time seeing them with horses! I love to make them happy with whatever I can do!
