I have 3 kids of my own, one of which has cerebral palsy as well as epilepsy and had a stroke in utero that caused a brain bleed she also has autism my other 2 don’t really have any health issues. I’ve watched nieces and nephews when they were little for a few hours here and there or for 8 hours at a time made sure they had their meals and other stuff done that their mom wanted them to do.
