A little bit about me

My name is Nyla Meade, and I’m a proud mom of two wonderful little girls, ages 2 and 3 (soon to be 4!) I graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School with a medallion in Family and Consumer Science. I later earned my degree in Human Development and Family Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2020.

Throughout my studies, I spent countless hours gaining hands-on experience in daycare settings, and I’ve continued that work professionally ever since. I’m currently a Family Development Specialist with the Allegheny Intermediate Unit, supporting families with children from birth to age 5.
