The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments while nannying was this one day, I walked through the door and all the kids came running and jumped on me. I ended up falling over, and for a moment, we all just lay there on the floor, laughing. It was a small pause in the day, but in that moment, surrounded by their giggles and little hands, I felt so grateful for the preciousness of their joy and the way children love so fully.
