Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

A revelant experience I had with child-care would include jobs such as an Assistant- Pre School teacher. I had also had worked as a personal tutor and nanny for a family friend of mine.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Indoor activities I enjoy doing with children would include, Arts and crafts: I enjoy getting creactive with them to have the freedom to also be creative. Storytime is imporant as it allows them to enjoy gaining knowlegde and possibly creating their own stories one day. Board games/ Puzzles are a great indoor activity as it allows time for great teamwork. As for outdoor activities I enjoy doing nature walks, this is a time for finding interesting plants or to even take care of a garden. Other activities would include playing sports, or even a picnic!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny is building a strong, trusting relationship with the child and their family. Being reliable, patient, and attentive to their needs is key. Plus having fun and making great memories.

My experience with special needs children...

I have cared for a special needs child with Autism. He's needs were met with a clear communactiction setting which provided him with clear insructions. To elaborate I evolved him in establishing a routine so he could have a consistent schedule, and to further encoucarge play time while patience and understanding was crucial to them.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was when a 4 year old painted me a picture of myself and had me write my name with them holding they're hand as I wrote with them. This was significant for me as they told me afterwords that they loved me.
