Hi, I’m Parrish! I’m 20 years old (turning 21 in March), and I’ve always had a passion for taking care of others. Growing up, I didn’t have the easiest childhood, so it’s really important to me to make sure children feel safe and cared for in every way possible. I’ve been watching family members’ and friends’ kids for years, which has given me plenty of experience with different ages and personalities. Whether it’s playing games, helping with homework, or making sure they stick to a routine, I’ve always enjoyed being someone kids can depend on. Safety is one of my top priorities. I was CPR certified back in high school, and I’m always mindful of keeping things organized and secure. I’m from Campbell County, Virginia, and I went to Rustburg High School. After that, I attended the University of Lynchburg for a while, but now I’m at a stage in life where I’m looking for work that truly matters to me—and that’s where my love for childcare comes in.
