Hello my name is Jackie Michel, a PCA for about a year my duty was providing services for older, disabled or chronically ill patients with daily tasks based on each clients care plan operating in their home and care facilities working closely or assisting with medical staff workers. Performing non medical services such as grocery shopping, basic housekeeping, meal planning, and laundry. Tasks that the patient can't perform independently. I might not have full on experience when it comes to kids fully but I'm willing to learn. and train to become a moldable fit for this role.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I used to take care of of my little niece when she was a child when my aunt and uncle would work full-time so she gave me the responsibility to watch take care of her and basically just keep my niece busy clean and safe. If it’s also any consolation, I also view my older clients as my children I bathe I change I give them clothes to wear or prep food/snacks to eat keeping them busy monitor any problems or even accomplishment I like to make the environment as safe and reliable and fun as much as possible!

I had a class where I got to be around students who are disabled or have special needs so really being patient being respectful, practicing the phrase stop think and speak most importantly listening to their needs
