Hello! I think myself as a professional caregiver. For the last 7 years I've worked in special education, first as a paraprofessional and then as a teacher. My students helped me realize that I have a passion for spending time with and assisting children. I worked with students with physical and medical conditions and before I was teacher, I was in a more health care related position. I worked in a day program with adults with intellectual disabilities and at that particular job, I was medication management certified. I have worked with children with g-tubes and seizures. I have a lot of experience with children and caregiving in general.
