One on one time is a thing I like to do where a child can express themselves in any way they feel is necessary and not feel judged or like they’re doing too much. The special bond you get to create with every individual child. The love you get to see grow within those child eyes. The trust that a child begins to have for you as someone that will always be there for them. To me these are the most important things about being a nanny. These are things that can’t be brought or manipulated, it’s earned and it’s the greatest thing you can earn in this very profession.
My experience with special needs children...
As a substitute teacher I worked with special needs children quite a lot. I love them they have the biggest hearts, and warmest hugs. They light up any room that they’re in. They have a special place in my heart.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I don’t think I have one every single one of my kids hold a special memory and place in my heart. It’ll be impossible for me to pick one.
