A little bit about me

I come from a small fishing town on the Oregon coast. But now that my dad is getting older I'd like to relocate to be near him, Eastern Oregon here I come :) I have been a nanny since I graduated at 18 in 2022. I have worked with multiple kids with different special needs from autism to learning disabilities and anxiety. I also have ran multiple Co-Nannys, where I group two-three families and watch their kids at a chosen house from the group and charge a lower rate per family. I prefer to have weekends off and to have a consistent schedule. I have contracts we can review and sigh as well as late payment fess. this insures I end up with families I also am looking for, people who need extra members in the village its takes to raise kids, feels like family, and is long term, full time, I have had some families come and go but have worked with the same two since the biggening and it's been the best blessing.

My experience with special needs children...

my mom is a special needs teacher so ive also been familiar and comfortable. I also worked with a little boy with autism who is non verbal for the last four years and seen him make great strides as well as his twin siblings with speech and learning disabilities. i also had another long-term family who's son had some defiance issues we worked through. those kids are now all in school so ive retired them but still see often
