I’m very spontaneous and open with activities. Indoor activities can be painting, reading, board games, or even just hide and seek. Depending on age groups. If it’s an outdoor activity I like to have a variety of different opportunities for kids to explore but still keeping a mindful eye on what they’re doing.

I’ve worked with kids who’ve had autism, or any type of speaking disability. I always try my best to understand what they want or listen to what they’re saying, even if their verbal approach isn’t very clear.

My favorite moment working as a Teacher Aide was noticing little changes in kids who didn’t speak at all, actually talk to me. Their verbal approach was so much different and it made me smile.
