I began caring for children and working for families in their home when I was 14 years old, so I have 10+ years of experience. I have worked for several families since then, ages ranging from 3 months to 13 years old. On top of that, I have also worked in a daycare setting, where I was responsible for 8 children under the age of 3 years old.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love anything to do with the arts and being creative, so my favorite type of activities to do with children usually involve either crafts, or music! In my free time, I like to write children's songs on my guitar or ukulele, or come up with age-appropriate craft projects.

One of my favorite moments that comes to mind is when I went back to nanny for a family that I hadn't seen in a few years, and the kids were so excited to so me. It really warmed my heart to realize how much a positive impact I must have had on their lives for them to react that way when they saw me again!
