More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have been an aunt since I was born, believe it or not. I have been babysitting since I was 13 years old. I have many years of experience taking care of children and my siblings and I cared for our parents until they both passed. I also have two girls of my own, 18 years old and 11 years old.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love taking the children outdoors, if the weather permits. Children love going outside to the park and explore new things that they don't see at home. Of course when the weather does not permit, keeping the children entertained is so very important. Playing with their toys, reading them a book, or just watching television with them makes them happy!
The most important part about being a nanny...
For me, that is patience and lots of love! That combination is a win-win all the time!
My experience with special needs children...
I have twin nephews who are autistic as well as twin nieces (children of my niece and nephew). Although I have some experience on how to interact with them, I do not have extensive experience.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment is when the children are completely comfortable with me and love having me around. That is the best feeling! I also love knowing that the parents come home to see that their children are safe and happy!
