"I cannot say enough positive things about Reba! At the time she joined our family my oldest was 2 and youngest 3 months old (they are now 4 and almost 2. She has been such a reliable, loving, and creative caregiver for my babies. We are heartbroken she had to move away and if we could help it, we would have kept her until our girls moved out some day :) she focuses on keeping them active and helped with all our goals for each girl including learning milestones to potty training. Your family will be immensely blessed to have Reba and you can feel the utmost comfort in knowing that she is caring for your children."

The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the three most important parts about being a nanny are 1. safety, 2. emotional stability, and 3. giving them honor. The most important aspect is making sure the child(ren) is safe. The second is guiding these little humans' emotions since they haven't had a lot of experience handling them yet - lots of patience is involved. And thirdly, building up their self confidence and giving them honor to show that they matter in the world is so foundational for children.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment is probably when I melted chocolate on a paper towel and asked the 3 yr old to hand me some toilet paper through the door and put some of the melted chocolate on her hand. Her reaction was so great and I sent the video to her parents and they died laughing.
Another favorite moment was when it rained, sometimes I'd let them run in the backyard in it.
