A little bit about me

I am an experienced mother of 4 ages 1-8 y.o., and life-long lover of early child development. I have a bachelors degree in social science, experience as a nanny, camp counselor, and lifeguard pre-parenthood. I am currently home while my older 3 attend public school after spending the pandemic homeschooling! As a military spouse I know how hard it is to find someone in a pinch for those odd hours. I would love to be a source of relief to any parents in need of part time day-care. My home is a clean, colorful, and Montessori-like environment. With my easy-going 1 y.o. and part time 4 y.o. preschooler, weekdays will not be lonely. You can have the peace of mind knowing that you are paying for engaged, educational, and compassionate care with me. I am available for date nights and weekend babysitting for all ages. I am happy to help last minute when I can! My sweet spot is ages 0-4 but I adore and have so many good memories-especially with my 12 yr old campers!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love taking the kids outside in whatever way I can. I follow the ideas and paths of the kiddos on small walks, trails. I take the double jogging stroller out for longer treks to the nearby playground! Our family is very musical and I love singing and dancing with the kids!

Knowing how to stay calm when the children are not. Also- not taking unfavorable behavior personally but rather as a message that needs are not being met.
