One of my favorite nanny moments was helping the two children I cared for bake cookies from scratch. They were so excited to measure, mix, and decorate the cookies with their favorite toppings. We turned it into a fun learning activity by practicing numbers and following the recipe together. Seeing their pride when they shared the cookies with their parents made it such a special and rewarding experience.
