Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to draw. Always been a big artsy person. I love to play games. Board games or controller. I love to write and absolutely have no issue helping with homework. I love to be outside and go do things so parks or just the front lawn can be our castle. I also love being relaxed so a movie and snack are always a good combo.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Patience. Like us children have bad days. Sometimes they are gonna fuss and annoy you. So you gotta have patience. Stay calm. Work WITH them on the problem.

My experience with special needs children...

I had a cousin who couldn’t talk or walk or even feed himself. I would often help change him and his tube for feeding. I’ve felt with speech issues. I have also delt with a child with sensory issues. And even those with shyness and maybe needing things a certain way.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I had this little boy I watched every morning for school. One morning I was in a good mood listening to music and kinda dancin in my chair and drinking coffee and he comes over and starts dancing after gettin dressed and grabs some milk and puts it in his little mug. When I asked what he was doing he said “tryna be like you” and it melted my heart
