More About Me
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to go outside, swim, go to parks, read, arts and crafts, sing, play dress up, watch movies, and so many other fun activities to keep your kids happy!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment was when one of my kids hugged me at the end of the summer and told me she would miss me and didn’t want to leave. It made me so happy to have created a connection with a kid that would be lasting.

I am a Psychology major at Lehigh University with the hope of becoming an Occupational Therapist post-grad. I am looking for some work while at home for winter break between December 15 and January 24. I have previous experience babysitting 3-8-year-olds and experience as a camp counselor for the past two years for kids ages 4-12. I am certified in CPR/AED and Pediatric First Aid, and I have 5+ years of experience with special needs children. I am also a Research Assistant at my university, studying child development, and a Les Mills Fitness Instructor on the side. I am the oldest sister of 3 younger brothers and am very crafty. I am very flexible with time, so please reach out!
Babysitter Available in Malvern, PA: Leah D.
Hi! My name is Leah, and I am a full time Early Intervention Autistic Support Teacher. I work with autistic preschoolers to help them manage their emotions, communicate their needs, follow routines, and build cognitive and social-emotional skills.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Special Education from Widener University in 2025, becoming a teacher has always been my dream! During my time at Widener, I also had the opportunity to play collegiate softball, and after my playing career ended, I began coaching. This past year, I had the amazing opportunity to coach JV softball at Haverford High School, which allowed me to work with a different age group and continue doing something I love!
I currently live in Malvern, PA, and have my own reliable car, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. I would love the opportunity to connect with your family and help out with occasional date nights or babysitting as needed! 😊!
