Hi!
I’m 23, I live in Belleville New Jersey!
I currently work in The Newark Public School District.
My education has been focused on early childhood development, but pursuing the studies of communication sciences and disorders.

I began my journey into child care in 2016, when I got a lead teacher position in a Pre-K room.
I directed my classroom for 5years, each year with groups of 12-15 (4/5yr olds)

Over the course of that time I babysat in between.

When the pandemic began I was a nanny for a family of three children.

Now, I work in a classroom with special needs students.
I am looking for part time work for this summer as the school year ends.

I believe in structure and intentional teaching moments.
I’ll lead by example with kindness.

I think you’ll enjoy working with me, and I’m truly looking forward to working in someone’s home again and loving their children.

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I enjoy arts and crafts, cooking, music, and watching movies.
I also enjoy running around outside.

Both the family and I trusting one and other, and having a good line of communication; I find this important to effectively work together.

My experience with special needs children...

I have only specifically worked with children with autism, and adhd.

all the mornings when they would greet me at the door. They would finish their breakfasts, and sit on the porch waiting for my car to pull into the driveway.
