I was a Teacher's Assistant for 2 years at Creative Beginnings in Elburn IL.
I taught multiage which was 3-5 years old, Jr. Preschool which was 2 years old, and Pre-K 4-5!
Nannied for 7 years, 4 kids. Two were special needs & Autistic, One was nonverbal. Watched them all from 6 weeks old up until oldest turned 10!

I was a nanny for two Autistic Children. One of which is non verbal. I've also helped watch a young adult with special needs from time to time.

My favorite nanny moment was hearing the autistic child I watched who happened to be Non verbal call me "Rye Rye." Something I think about everyday and hold close to my heart.
