A little bit about me

I find myself to work well with children for several different reasons. For starters, I am a mother to two children (one teenager and an adult but they're still my babies). I have helped several mothers in their transition back to work as well as My home has always been the place to go to for home cooked meals and some extra TLC. I have a Bachelors Degree with Honors and am CPR/ First Aid Certified. I find that I have the patience and loving qualities that make me a great fit for child care. I am able to be more than just the "nanny" by providing support to children that they need. Also, I believe that it is important to listen to children, provide them with structure without being an authoritarian. Being able to make a small impact on a child's joy is something that brings a smile to my face
