A little bit about me

I am the twelfth of fourteen children and grew up outside of Philadelphia. I moved to Chicago to attend Northwestern University and have lived here for over half my life, currently in the Rogers Park neighborhood near Evanston and the North Shore.

For nearly 30 years, I have worked as an anaplastologist in hospitals, primarily serving pediatric patients. I have a knack for connecting with young minds and enjoy understanding their personalities and thoughts as they begin to explore the world and its possibilities. I love observing how children learn and think, and I enjoy challenging their young minds in a safe and nurturing environment.

In addition to my clinical role, I have extensive experience caring for children. Throughout junior high and high school, I babysat regularly and also worked part-time at my sister's highly regarded preschool, Formative Years, in Philadelphia. I love engaging with children, listening to their thoughts, and watching their personalities take shape.
