I grew up raising my the younger siblings, one from a very small age. And I’ve babysat for neighbors and friends when they’ve needed the help. I obviously took care of the children but when i wasn’t doing that I was doing housekeeping, taking care of animals, meal prep etc.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Indoor and outdoor playgrounds are fun to take kids to, libraries are a fun choice, going for walks or bike rides. I honestly just do whatever the kids want to do because if you lay out a couple choices they’ll pick the one they want to do most.
My experience with special needs children...
I have not cared for any special needs children but I’d be willing to learn.
