Previously, I worked at the Strafford County YMCA as an Assistant Group Leader, gaining additional experience in structured childcare and youth programs. I have also assisted with babysitting three children ages 1–3, supporting daily routines and play. Additionally, I have cared for multiple children of varying ages and needs, allowing me to adapt to different family routines and care styles.

I also enjoy storytime, music, and going outside for walks or playground time. My goal is always to keep children happy, safe, and engaged, while supporting their routines and needs.

The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children while building trust and strong relationships with both the children and their family. A good nanny is reliable, patient, and attentive to each child’s unique needs, helping them feel secure, happy, and encouraged to grow. Communication with parents and respecting household routines are also key to providing consistent, high-quality care.

I have experience working with children with special needs through my time at Child & Youth Services (CYS), where I supported kids with a variety of developmental and learning differences in daily activities and routines. I have also assisted an old friend with their child who has special needs, helping with personal care, communication, and engagement in safe, supportive play. These experiences have taught me to be patient, adaptable, and attentive to each child’s unique needs, ensuring a safe and positive environment.
